NOTE: I am a solo operator: just one author out there doing this all by himself. I do not have a team or support staff. When you contact the store, you are contacting me individually. Being a normal human being, I am not on call 24/7 and I tend to do crazy things like sleep at night and take vacations with my family. Please be patient when you contact me. It might take a day or three for me to respond depending on what’s going on, but I always respond.

If you email me and don’t hear back within a few days, chances are I didn’t get your message for some reason. I’m excellent at managing my inbox, so this might mean internet ghouls ate your email between your computer and mine. For that reason, if you don’t hear back within a reasonable amount of time, you might want to ping me again.
